A transit-oriented complex in Zhengzhou, conceived as an Urban Forest across three plots. I connected the client and design team, coordinated design development and discipline conflicts, and helped advance the scheme into construction.

I joined during Phase II construction. An internal bridge connected areas A and B, while authorities required a clear distinction between the two phases’ facades. I managed preliminary-design changes, coordinated client and authorities, secured approval and supported completion.

A desert boutique-hotel competition proposal in Wuhai. Buildings follow dunes, retaining walls isolate lateral sand pressure and rooms use prefabricated units. As lead designer I managed progress, client feedback and the team proposal, which won first prize.
